"CEO strategies" is edited version of the multiplayer German-style board game "Funkenschlag" or in English-language "Power Grid" designed by Friedemann Friese.
In the game, each player represents a CEO of a private company that owns power plants in a city. Over the course of the game, the players will bid on power plants and buy resources to produce electricity to provide power to the growing number of cities in their expanding network. The winner would be the player with the highest value of power plant. The highest value would be the total value of the power plants, resources per power plant and the amount of money owned.

Objectives:
This board game is where CEO earns the title of Most Successful CEO based on strategies and smart moves made by purchasing power plants and resources. This power plant supplies energy when the plant receives sufficient resources. Additionally, players must acquire the raw materials like coal, oil, garbage, and uranium which is needed to power said plants making it a constant struggle to maintain your plants for maximum efficiency while still retaining enough wealth to quickly expand your network.
Setup:
1. This game allows a minimum of 3 players to a maximum of 6 players.
2. Each player are a CEO of a private company trying to own as many power plants in a city.
3. Each round of the game starts with by spinning the spinner. This spinner is used to determine who gets to start 1st, 2nd and more.
4. Each player gets 50,000 electro at the start of the game.
5. There will be a total of 21 plants ONLY on the board game.
6. Below on the table are the types and values of respective power plant. Each power plants will require certain number of resources to generate power:

10. Each player may attempt the “Earn or Lose” card to earn money. The higher the level is, the higher the value of money. Below are the level and value of money to be earned along the time given to attempt the questions:

11. Each player shall be imposed with a penalty if failed on the attempt of “Earn or Lose” card. 50% of “Earn of Lose” card value should be paid to the banker The value of payment are displayed on the table:
Playing:
1. Every player should spin the spinner to determine their position of starting.
2. Round 1: Each player will be given an opportunity to bid for any power plants on the board based on the sequence.
3. The biddings stops when no players bids any further. However, the bidding process for that round has to proceed in the sequence of that respective round.
4. Respective player which bid the highest wins the power plant. WARNING: Your plant is still dead till you buy resources to generate power.
5. In case, you are the only one to bid in that respective round, you are entitled to purchase the plant at the first bid price.
6. Round 2: This round begins again from step 1.
7. Beginning from round 2, every player will be able to :
i) Bid for new power plant.
ii) Buy resources.
iii) Attempt “Earn of Lose” card.
iv) Sell your power plant to banker/player.
However, each player are ONLY able to do one step at a time, eg: buy resources ONLY.
8. Each player are required to buy their resources immediately on the next round. Failure to do so will put the power plant to auction/open for bidding.
9. Once the player has begun buying resources, they should pay one resource card per power plant to the banker every round. WARNING: If the power plant has less than 50% resources, every player are open to bid for the respective power plant. Eg: 1 resource cards to generate 1 coal power plant, respective player only owns 2 resource cards.
10. Each player are required to give 1 resource card after spinning the spinner.
11. When player sells the power plant to the banker, you will only be entitled for a 50% refund of the original price of the power plant from the banker.
12. If the power plant is open to bid due to less than 50% resources, the buyer has to pay the amount on the land card to the bank. The seller with excess resources card has to return back to the banker.
13. Any CEO would be declared bankruptcy, if the player owe more than he/she can pay to the banker after turning over all the properties owned.
14. If the debt is to another player, the player must turn over to that player all that he/she have of value and retire from the game. In making this settlement, if the player owns power plants or resources, he/she must return to the banker in exchange for money and pay to the player.
